• Building 7 was built as a 30-storey
business center
of Eurasia in one item. Since the city of Grozny is a 1st
degree earthquake zone, there are 200 seismic isolators
on the foundation of the 45-storey building, the total
height of the building is 165 meters, and in this sense, it
is the tallest building in the world with a seismic isolator
on the foundation. On the roof terrace of the 45-storey
building, the second largest clock in the world after the
clock in the city of Mecca, Saudi Arabia, was placed. The
diameter of this clock is 13.7 meters.
The project is located in the city of Grozny,
on the coast of the sunja river, on an area
of 45.000 m2 and 45.000×2 = 90.000 m2
parking lot has been built in the whole area,
including the under buildings. The total project
is approximately 350,000 m2 including
parking lots. 1473 bored piles of 25 meters in
length and 80 cm in diameter were built under
the buildings. The project is the biggest project
